The health of a watershed is as complex as the health of a body. For good water
quality, everything must work together -- a web of physical and biological connections,
many plants and animals, in many habitats.
The Bean Watershed has remarkable and unusual species. Links to the different habitats and a list of species will be posted soon. Meantime, here are photos, taken within the last year along the Bean and its tributaries.
